Higley Co., Cesar gained invaluable insight by managing multi-million-dollar construction projects, assisting local business growth, and understanding the real estate industry's impact on community development.

Driven by a passion for real estate, Cesar transitioned into acquiring and improving residential properties, building a long-term rental portfolio. His expertise expanded with

a real estate license and the founding of a general contracting company, allowing him

to offer market analysis and home renovation services. This unique blend of skills helped revitalize distressed properties in Ohio and provided a valuable community service.

When the COVID-19 pandemic struck, Cesar adapted by converting high-performing properties into short-term rentals while supporting his wife’s travel nursing career.

This strategic shift not only allowed them to acquire properties across the nation, but 

also allowed him to network with lenders across the country.

 

Cesar then founded Apex Property Loans, Inc. to address the challenges of securing business financing when mentoring his peers. With deep industry knowledge and hands-

on experience, Cesar and his team provides tailored lending solutions for long-term, mid-term, and short-term rentals, fix-and-flip projects, and other commercial properties and business activities.
